One of Mallorca's top chefs, Marc Fosh, who was the first British chef in Spain to be awarded a Michelin Star, has just released a new cookery book. Called Modern Mediterranean, it features 'sun drenched recipes from Mallorca and beyond,' by Fosh who still has the Michelin accolade in his Marc Fosh Restaurant in Palma's Convent de la Missio hotel.

The book is available on Amazon in paper and Kindle form and the price varies between countries but the hardback is around the 20 mark in Euros, Dollars and Pounds.
