Marc Fosh's Christmas takeaway
Anyone lucky enough to be in the Palma area at the moment can enjoy a fantastic menu of Christmas fayre in the comfort of their own home, whether that home be a rented apartment, villa or perhaps a luxury yacht berthed in Palma or Puerto Portals.
Courtesy of Michelin Star chef Marc Fosh's outside catering section, the scrumptious offer comes 'almost' prepared so that all you have to do is finish it off and serve it! All this is made even easier with the complete instructions, photos and the actual recipe (should you wish to prepare it all yourself in the future) which is supplied with the dishes by Marc's team.
There's no limit, large or small, on what you can order from the choice of delicious starters, mains and desserts, all you have to do is give 3 days notice of when you want to collect it. There are four starters featuring chicken, seafood, cod and foie gras; mains include a whole duck for 3 to 4 people, duck, lamb, beef and pork! And if you've room, desserts have lots of chocolate, cream, fruit and Christmas spices.
As you can imagine, the dishes are imaginatively created and lovingly prepared as we are talking Michelin star food here, but the great thing is the very, very reasonable price tag.
