Inbetween Magaluf and Malia

The big screen version of British Channel 4's hit comedy The Inbetweeners

The big screen version of British Channel 4's hit comedy The Inbetweeners is currently being filmed in Mallorca. The cast of the cult show which C4 describes as a 'Sitcom about a bunch of
middle-class adolescent lads' and 'a world of futile crushes, sibling brawls, getting drunk too quickly and casting constant aspersions about your friends' sexuality...' are now all in "/resorts/magaluf.htm">Magaluf.

The popular resort has been chosen as the setting for the lads' holiday jaunt to Malia in Crete because Malia is not open at this time of year whereas Magalluf is!

Around 80 people, including the four young protagonists of the series, Simon Bird, Joe Thomas, James Buckley and Blake Harrison, (photo, courtesy C4) are staying in a couple of hotels in the
area. Directed by Ben Palmer, the filming will continue until March 19th and has been carefully coordinated with the police, town hall and local businesses to cause as little disruption to everyday
life in Magaluf as possible.

It is scheduled for release this summer.
